New England records · 402 DOTS

Competed in USAPL and RPS, and still hold state and New England records in one weight class. DOTS is a bodyweight-normalized number for comparing lifters across divisions, and 402 is where I ended up. No longer competing, but still training. Honestly, it's not that different from engineering: you write a program, run it, and adjust based on what actually happens.
