Competed in USAPL and RPS, with state and regional records across a couple weight classes. DOTS is a bodyweight-normalized number for comparing lifters across divisions — 402 is where I sit. At some level, training isn't that different from engineering work: you write a program, run it, and adjust based on what happens.
